Dan, man, love this add-on...it looks pretty nice and good.
I have to say, i´ll buy it the first day is out, my birthday is coming up 9th of June, and expecit my sister to buy it for me :D. The thing is i´m
from Venezuela, and right now, Mr. Chavez M***** F****, has a control change. This means, we only can use an amount of Dollars, from a
specific credit card. Im a compulsive internet buyer stuff, and some stores doesn´t accept right now Credit Cards emitted in my country,
so I always need to use the American Credit Card emitted in USA. The difference is, that buying with Venezuelan Cards is a lot cheaper
for me, than with USA ones; but don´t worry either way you´ll get the exact same amount.
Now, the obvious question...Will you accept my Venezuelan Credit Card??? PLS tell me YES.
---SOME OTHER QUESTIONS---
Can I create a Businnes Airline only? And have all the options a big airline has?
Will FsP be out before my Birthday? LOL
AND A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING FS MORE ENJOYABLE !!!!!!
I'm new to this forum but been flightsimming for many years. I just stumbled upon FsP on Flightsim.com. After looking through the screen shots and
reading what this addon will do, I just starting laughing....in a good way. I'm very particular about addons, but I think this one will be
entertaining, fun, and refreshing. I'm looking forward to it's release.
Passengers screaming....that's the best....too funny......LOLOLOL.
I have made a litle flight in war area (100% war level) and I received a few shots as you see in the
end-flight report:
Notice: in flight area you can't see explosion or such but you hear DCA sound around you and if you receive
shots your hear the impact on your aircraft and system can fail as engine, electrical, hydraulics , instrument etc etc...
[warning: report cut to have only top and bottom]
This flight will cost you money because there is a lot of damage to repair but as you see in the bottom
part of the report your pilot will gain a hugh amount of point for safe landing with such a damaged aircraft.
And here just after the flight or later you can repair your aircraft, as you see the technician
report all the damage and give you the cost, allowing the insurance pay 66% of the damage may
be a bad calculus as they will increase their cost...
[technician dialog is work in progress]
In this case anyway I would perhaps better sell the wreck and buy a new aicraft... one must
careffuly think before taking a decision.
So in brief here we lost a bit reputations (passengers were not happy of this flight) somes money
but our pilot just gained an hugh amount of points... Notice in war area you might avoid shots
by climbing the faster you can, in this flight I stayed near ground during 2mn without climbing.
I've been keeping an eye on the forum and am very pleased to see the entusiasm for your product. It must be a great encouragement but
also added stress to get FSPassengers released. Take your time mate! Great add-ons will always be great. But great add-ons that don't
work or have too many annoyances seem like such a waste!
Talking of which, back in FS2000 or 2002 maybe, Lago had this great product (similar to FSP) called FSMaintainence. (It's the realism of
caring for the aircraft and the randomness of faults that I look forward to). Generally it was a pretty good product but as I prefer to fly GA it
had a most annoying issue.....
Turbulance! In FSM, turbulance would damage the aircraft. I think it worked something like this: It was on a kind of timer, so if you flew into
turbulance you had 10 seconds or something to get clear . If you didn't get clear, you received damage (say something like 5% percent
damage). And then, every 10 seconds or so you'd receive 5% percent more damage. Of course, in a very short time the flight would end
because you'd received 100% percent damage (or the plane became completely unflyable or something). I vaguely remember it didn't
really take into account minor turbulance or major turbulance or anything like that (although if I remember right the turbulance modelling
was pretty crap anyway).
I can only very vaguely remember what happened and how it was dealt with, so apologies if I get any of it wrong. But it did really wind me
up!
So how will FSP deal with turbulance? I guess the passengers won't be pleased, so you get bad marks from them. But will the
turbulance damage the aircraft or systems in any way?
I have read most of the post in this forum and have found a few topics on the above, but I am still not clear on it.
I read that FsP reads the departure and destination airport. So...
Say for instance that you take of from San Francisco, land in a field and take off again within 15 minutes, then land back at San Francisco.
Does FsP take into account the landing at the field also, or just count the landing at the final destination.
I do alot of bush flying and sometimes because of bad weather (in Alaska) I am forced to stay out in the bush with no way to get back to
an actual runway. And usually real life intrudes on my simming and I must save the flight and resume again the next day. Will FsP let me
log this flight using gps or latitude and longitudinal coordinates?
I also fly the heavier commercial planes and some of them are cargo only. Does FsP calculate cargo? (such as the Dreamfeet 727-100
and 200 cargo versions) These cargo flights have feeder routes and no passengers. I understand that you must create a seperate flight
for the stop, and to the destination. Is this correct?
Also as I see that some of the screenshots and forum topics list the Flightone ATR 72 and the Dreamfeet 727. Both of these products
have their own load managers in them and I am a little confused about how FsP reads the files. An example is that in the Flightone ATR
load manager, you have a set number of seats in the aircraft. Do you load the aircraft empty using the ATR software, then use FsP to
actually load up the aircraft with passengers? I am only asking this because about 40% of my flights take place in the Flightone aircraft
and I saw them being used in some of the screenshots on the forums.
I hope I haven't confused anyone and I know that I should wait for the release date and try it myself but I am on a very limited budget and
saving up the money will take me awhile.
Thank you for developing such a great program. We simmers have been waiting for something like this since the first MSFS came out
in the Commodore age.
I'm getting ready for FsP by creating a fictional United States airline call Liberty Airlines. I have two aircraft painted
in new livery, a "Libery
Airlines" IFDG 767-200ER and a luxurious "Liberty Exectutive" Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X. The 767 is for regular
long distance air travel with first,
buisness, and coach class. The Citation will be all first class seating (or course!) with higher ticket prices and
more lucritive business routes.
Hi.
I'm just wondering if I can use my PSS and RFPB aircraft, and fly for a "real" airline such as Lufthansa, etc..
Just wondering how this will all work.
I have just finished saving all the flightplans out of KSFO that I plan to fly using FSpassengers. And there are alot of routes using all kinds
of planes. I will be putting the demo through a very busy airline schedule.....so bring it on.
One question; with the demo will we be able log return flights using FSP? For example, I fly from KSFO to KDEN park and refuel without
exiting FS9 then return to KFSO with FSP logging this return flight?
