I recently installed FSX:SE and installed FSP. My code which I"ve had for more than 8 years is blocked. I tried to email Dan, but haven't gotten a response. So, I thought I would buy a new copy with a new code from simmarket. That code was blocked as well. I got a refund for the new purchase and recommended that they pull it from their store if the new codes are blocked and Dan isn't responding to emails. Sad to see one of my favorite FSX addons set sail like this but I guess it is what it is.
please help. i purchased fs passengers2 from sim market- i downloaded it; but when i tried to install the application it kept extracting to same downloads folder. what are the simple steps to install on my windows11 operating system? please advise. thanks.
In the database files for the airports in FS9, many of them either have the wrong country or airport name listed, resulting in a major penalty during the flight even though in the airport selection process at the start of the game it gives the correct name in the description of the arrival airport in the initial setup. I know how to add/fix the airport database, but the error is not known/discovered until after completing the flight and receiving the penalty for landing at the wrong airport even though was the correct airport. It would be silly to disable/ not use the airport feature, so as a remedy I would like to know how to fix the pilot logbook database to remove the errors contained therein.

I've been trying to contact Dan via email for the last two months but with no success. I tried reinstalling FSPax after a very long time only to find out that my code was blocked. What do I have to do to get it unlocked/new one?
IT'S my firt time to use FSP and i find a problem that's the buttons get crashed when i click on it and won't respond and i tried many solutions and it did't work,
Please Help.

I have done as I was told and that was to uninstall and reinstall the to my PC to solve the issue. I have no uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to no avail and I keep getting the attached message.
I am also running GSX and but I was told the uninstall and reinstall would solve the issue??? Nope?
I have a question: Can I alter the number of times food is served? When we all started our FSPax journez, the longest flights were about 14 h long and Dan prepared FSPax for them... but the 772LR/A350ULR pair opened up new possibilities, and mz VA is currently flying some ULR flights to reflect the pandemic-induced phenomenon of Indian tourism to Cancun (VECC-MMUN takes around 17 h); this is too long for FSPax's catering and I run out of food mid-flight.
