Instrument failures after about 10 minutes. (I think I fixed it)

Does any one know why when I start FS Passengers, I have a total instrument failure in about 10 minutes. There are no failures set to
turn on in FS Passengers, and the only other add on I am running is Radar Contact. I have narrowed the problem to FS Passengers.

I have completely reformat my hard drive, reinstalled FS9, ran it no problems, installed radar contact, no ran it with no problems, installed
FS Passengers and bam, no electrical.

There are no failures set to turn on in FS9 or FS passengers.

Happens in any plane at any airport.

Were your engines running, it sounds to me that your batteries are drained.

Yepp, sounds like that. Unfortunately, FS9 does not have anything like an APU in its repertoire. I added a fake APU to my 737-200. It is actually a
third engine, mounted about 30,000 ft in the back so that it cannot be heard. The APU Gauge I created holds its fuel valve down, so it actually cannot
ever be started. The trick is that sending the starter event can rev it high enough so that the alternator produces enough amps to charge the battery
(total bullsh*t from a real world point of view, but in the sim it does the job just fine).

Yes, I am taking off and it happens, i will be in mid flight and the instruments go dead.

Any ideas?

You wouldn't by any chance just hit the avionics/ bat switch would you?

I mean I get curious sometimes

First -

Thanks everyone for the tips and help.

I can be sitting at the gate all loaded, engines running, not touch a thing and after 10 minutes the electrical fails.

I usually start with the engines off, but if start FS with the engines on, everything running, I get a fail, it is not a switch turning something
off...after the fail, I go to my failures in FS9 and the electrical is checked.

Again - I have no failures set to turn on any where.

Is any one else running RC4 with FS Passengers?

I had the same issue with a Russian plane. The generators need to stay in the On/Gen position otherwise the electrical will go out.

What I did was to get a registered version of FSUIPC and clicked on indefinite battery life. I flew from KORD to KIND without any issues,
yes I was holding my breath the entire time. So it looks as I fixed it, but I crashed on landing, so go figure.
