Have your passengers pay in Euro's.. that will get you some dollars if you are doing an overnight flight and the exchange rate drops even
more..

Serious though.. I agree that your insurance might be the problem. Perhaps you can alter your ticket price a bit to a higher level to cover
the extra bucks needed to get break even?

For the longer flights, maybe you should raise the ticket price, and I like to do some North America to Europe flights...if changing the dollar system
to Euro, then I will...maybe we can get it to go up...
