FSP crash after drink/food service the cabin?

I found that if i give any sort of service other than movie and music, and i minimize the fsx window, it crashes immediately. But if i keep fsx at
foreground, nothing happens, all is well.

I was flying feelthere's EMB 190 jet, so I went ahead and tried another flight on PMDG NGX, and guess what, no crash whatsoever. I can minimize and
service all I want. So apparently there is something in the code of the feelthere EMB 190 and fsp that cause FSX to give a BEX error whenever I
minimize the fsx window....but If i remember correctly, I tried flying that exact same plane in windows 7 with fsp and did not have an issue...
maybe it's a windows 8+plane code+fsp code thing...just a bad combination together....
anyways...i guess i'll stay away from it now...and so far so good, completed a couple of flights with no problem.
