Hi
The thing that blows the "tires" is the descent rate NOT the airspeed. Touchdown at less than 140 FT/SEC and everything will be tea and
crumpets or in my area beer and hotdogs.
P.S. I just read my own post and thought I might add that you can not come screeming in at 400 KTS and not blow your tires. cheers
