The option should be to have reverse thrust allowed below 60kts on specific aircraft, i.e, T-tail planes with rear engines like the Boeing 727, DC-9,
CRJ-700 etc... because these have no safety issue concerning FOD as far as I'm aware in reality, and use low-bypass turbofans.
So an option is to have a system in FsP detecting your plane as a T-tail w/rear engines by type (727, DC-9) and then enabling reverse thrust under
60kts but not on other planes like 737-777 and Airbus's etc...
