I'd be surprised if FSP could actually determine the crossing of the yellow line. I think it rather checks if you have takeoff clearance (or at least
a "taxi to position and hold" order) to determine if you turn on LL and strobes at the right time.
BTW according to Brad that's what they do in RL too - turn on strobes and LL when they get T/O clearance, NOT when reaching the holding point.
