List of common planes available by rank?

The list continues to grow, now up to 92 planes. The PAX column is almost done as well, just a few more to add. I'm sure there are
errors here, specially where I might have a turboprop in the category where you can't fly them. Let me know when you guys find errors,
trust me it doesn't hurt my feelings one bit.

Thanks for everybody's input on this so far, it's coming along nicely. Soon this document will be available on its own website thanks to
the hard work of Captain Binkles.
