Will FS passengers work well with the PMDG MD-11?

The erroneous 'Cannot Re-Fuel' error is a flight buster. Wouldn't you know it? I had two successful flights in a row then bought the
program. The next flght I get the Re-Fuel error. Forty five minutes of pre-flight and prep................. down the drain. I paid for this misery.
LOL.. Can it be bypassed? Thanks.
