An FSP failure ? (copilot announce that) or an "Fs" failure ?
if it's an FsP failure there is NO failure were you can't land safely... just matter to handle them properly...
in case of gear failure you should be able to make a belly landing without crashing...
If you worry about failure while flying online just set 0% chance failure in setup
I recall you must NOT use FS failure they are not recogniszed by FsP....
there is enough nice failure in FsP.
About controller we had a discussion with some, perhaps announcing that you are flying
with a "possible failure" level would get you the permission of controller
on vatsim ?
