Hmmmpf...if you try to flare - let's say a 767 - at 10ft your landings will mimick those of a F-18 performing a carrier landing by night !
You then wouldn't need any airstairs as your passengers would be able to leave the plane lying with it's belly on the ground and the gears
sticking out of your wings
