Simple, in fact you set the price for a fixed distance (1000km) because it's more clear than "price per kilometer"
then the price is computed based on this number

example:
you set the price to 500$ (for 1000 km)

if you make a 500km trip you will receive 250$
2000km=1000$

notice it's logarythmique 10'000km don't make 5000$ but 1.50*rate maximum
(not sure it's the exact number I must look the code)

You set it when you want before each flight or one time each 100 flight, your choice.
