Depends on your plane.
You should have a switch on the 2D panel that says NAV/GPS - guess what you do with this switch? Flip it to GPS
Then you press NAV on the autopilot and the autopilot will now follow the GPS course
But, if using ILS to land, don't forget to switch the NAV/GPS button back to NAV first, otherwise your ILS will not work.
