FS has made a major leap in ATC technology, however it's still not near an "acceptably realistic" level. Remember, FS200 and before
hardly had any interaction with control systems (I think you could request takeoff, and listen to ATIS). FS2002 made a huge jump, and
FS9 made a slightly smaller, but no less required step. Hopefully, FS10 will add A LOT to the ATC realm... I'm looking for emergency
coverage, easier enroute re-routing, etc.
