Now I can turn on and off the crap default GPWS that FSX has with it (when the FSPax X is launched of course)

Hi Dan,

The way I play FSPassenger:
I create a scenario which gives me VERY little money. Then I have to find a small, used plane to start my company and work my way up.

For FSPX could you please consider the following:

* User can freely edit the price list for available planes, used and new.

* Used planes could be VERY cheap (and affordable), but will have a VERY high chance of failure.

In FSP for FS9 I never found any risk in buing used planes in bad shape, they didn't seem to have any higher chance of failure.

Then you're a lucky guy: a used plane in bad shape brings really higher chance of failure, even in FsP for Fs9!!!

Yes appart for aircraft addon that don't use the new FsX value "seatbelt"
for example all default aircraft use it (so you can switch FsP's belt sign with panel's button)
DHC6 from aerosoft does also but not the cheyenne (wich is a rework of the fs2004 version I think)
I didn't tested other aircraft yet.

So now it will depend of aircraft's author. They will have to use the FsX SDK value
"CABIN SEATBELTS ALERT SWITCH" for their "belt" button. (exist also in gauge.h)

So is it possible to easily edit aircraft to add this feature? Is it as simple as adding a line or to the panel.cfg or more involed?

I did not design aircraft lately so frankly I don't know. My guess is that aircraft that still have panel.cfg can be easilly changed (ie: replace
a "fake" button with one that change FsX value) But I know that for performance concern some other aircraft have the instrument embeded
in the 3d model. Changing them might be difficult. This is the case of the Cheyenne from aerosoft. I bet this is much common for
shareware aircraft.

How much aircraft use this new value ? I don't know. maybe all news FsX aicraft maybe only a few ? in anyway peoples might ask
authors that they link their "fake seat belt" to the new FsX value. It might serve other addons as well. Maybe some author are not aware of
this value so informing them might be good anyway.

I haven't seen any auto settings for the seatbelt in FSX.
I'm hoping the current ctrl-shift-b and FSP settings will be there and work if panels don't have a working best switch so we have the best
of all possibilities.

FsPX work exactly as in FsP except that switching in FsPX (ctrl-shift-b) will now move the panel's belt switch and that moving manually the
panel switch will also change belt state in FsP. So you have the two possibilities. In FsPX "auto mode" the panel's belt switch will move
accordingly. This of course for aircraft that have a belt switch connected to the FsX value.
