Everyone I wanted to thank you all for the help, and Sovek/David a big thank you to you. I installed the new fan and what a difference. With
the sim running, 60 to 65 degrees C...A LOT better than 130+

Now I just have to hope that the high temps it reached has not done any damage to the card

no problem, I built my computer a while ago so, I know what know I'm doing (sides, I have a similar fan, and I've visted my fair share of heat
problems threads on a computer forum)
