.ini files for payware aircraft - James - 24-07-2005 Sorry if this topic has been brought up before but I found nothing in a search but I could well be searching for the wrong thing to start with. Anyway my question is regarding the .ini files of payware aircraft such as the Level-D 767 and the PSS A330/A340 and others for the payloader of FsP. Where do we get these .ini files? so as when we load these aircraft when we start-up FsP, it'll have the same weight and PAX's as we selected in the load editor of the payware aircraft. Re: .ini files for payware aircraft - poden - 25-07-2005 Lacking any pre-made files, you can always make them yourself. Study the weight/balance portion of the aircraft.cfg file, and applying what you know abou the physical layout of the plane (you can get a lot of information on the web), you should be able to create your own file. It is a little tricky, but not too bad. There's nothing magical about a payware vs. freeware plane though. You can take an existing freeware 767 file, and adjust the stations as needed to account for the possible different cg and reference datum locations in your aircraft.cfg file. Re: .ini files for payware aircraft - James - 25-07-2005 Cheers for the info, I gave it a go but to no avail. I think someone needs to come out with a tutorial or an example on how to make these things because I haven't got a clue what most of the stations should be in corresponding to the actual aircraft.cfg file. Can someone make a tutorial on making these .ini files or please make one for both the LDS763 and PSS A330 and A340? |
