Detail:	Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience. Were angry because of the excessive waiting time on the ground (43mn). Were terrified because of the problem during flight. Were sad as some passengers died because the pilot wasn't able to land the aircraft in time. Were relieved to land safely after an emergency.
