No in flight refuel / Wilco Embraer 145

I try to load the plane wityh the fuel and passengers and i get an error "No in flight refuell"
The indication on my MFD is unstable and it changes from 70% to 100% and back.
Is there something I can do?

Does the Wilco 145 have the ability to load fuel via the FMC or are you strictly loading fuel via FsP interface? When does this happen exactly?
