Cant reinstall FSP

Hi guys!


I just bought a new computer. And when im trying to install FSP again it wont work.

I just running the setup file

And when i gonna go to fsx in flight and im about to type in the serial key i cant find the menu that says fspassengers.

Sorry for my bad english and maybe for bad description, i hope that you guys will understand what I mean
