Unable to find the flight in the log file

I Transferred My Pilot to the new Company and i set a long-haul flight, after i landed i was ready to export the flight to "Virtual Airline
FSPassengers" But when i click "Export Now" It Says "Unable To Find the flight in log file" The Picture that i captured shows the error.
How to fix this, help! Thank You!
