FsP doesn't include a complex maintenance game with several differents parts to repair
this is not the goal and I think it would be boring (what's the fun to select gear -> repair then flap -> repair etc
etc ?)
so you have to repair all the damage and make the maintenance with one click...
Howewer, FsP include now part damage detection wich is closely linked with the failures
and the way you fly...
For example here I had a "bird strike in engine" failure at take off and landed off the landing strip
so you can see that the engine is damaged (due to bird strike) but also the gear (due to roll
off the landing strip) for a small total of $8mo...

Here below I exceeded the max speed for gear and they blowed out resulting in a belly landing,
nobody where injured but the bottom of the aircraft as well as engine, wings and of course gear
are destroyed...

So now every failure that you may have can be seen on the maintenance display: tank, gear, flaps,
hull, system , hydraulic and electrical failures. Also if you do bad things as rolling off, exceeding speed
or such you will see also the damages... (you may notice that exceeding gear speed will be a costly
error ... but it depend also of your belly landing, if you land with the slowest speed possible and very
gently the cost will be a bit reduced)
