penalties disabled

My problem is that I turned off all penalties and I still get a engine shut down upon landing. I made sure all penalties are turned off in
options and in the config file of fs passengers and in the scenario. Anyone have a answer to this please.

Do you mean you turned failures off?
If not, turning penalties off is different then turning failures off.

If you do not want to have any failures, setting the failure rate to 0% should work.
