about the altitude and pressure of A380

I have installed A380(wilco publishing).when I fly this airplane above the altitude of 12000ft,the fspassengers will tell me
"pressure
danger"and the passengers will die due to the "pressure".why could this happen?can this airplane only fly 12000ft?how can I
fly higher?

On the payload editor, check the box that deals with the pressurization. I believe it's on the bottom left of the editor.
