Lost all my points!

Hej,

after 173 h of flight time and a perfect approach/landing in San Diego got I a hell
of minuspoints.

I found a minus " - " sign in front of my bonuspoints (-35000 points; it was plus 35000 before i had landed).
But just -6000 penalty points)

WHY WHY WHY

-70000 points without a misstake!

What can I do?

I did it!

I found no answer for my question in the FAQ!!!

I made no mistake during my last flight!
I had 173 h and (round about) 36000 bonuspoints (and 6000 penalty points) in my logbook.
I made a nice landing in San Diego.
100% exeptional result.
But instad to become a c9 pilot lost I all my points.

My logbook show now bonuspoint -36000 and penaltypoints -6000

Read the FAQ?

You can't dismiss everyone with "READ THE DAMN FAK" sometimes an indvidual and unique issue does appear, it isn't perfect, nothing is.

If you checked the FAQ more thoroughly you had found this under "Problems, Bugs":

Question: My pilot points turned negative ?
Answer: This was a bug with the initial release of FsPassengers,
please upgrade for the latest FsPassengers version.
This will also restore your pilot point.

Will I loose my flight, company or pilot data if I upgrade ?

So it looks like you need to upgrade to a more recent version.

its there for a reason, to be read.

If however you have a problem, and have looked in the FAQ and it didnt help, then

i have lost all my points, i have read the FAQ saying to upgrade to the latest version, i have the latest version, so now what?

then we will know that is not the problem, and can offer other solutions.

sometimes an indvidual and unique issue does appear, it isn't perfect, nothing is.

but the minus points problem is NOT unique, and there IS a FAQ (FAK ) about it
