Hmm problem!

I justs did a flight using the Piper Cherokee Six-300 on flightsim.com (cher_v2.zip)

In my end of flight report it complained that I didn't use flaps on takeoff or landing - I did. Is there something I can do to make the aircraft
compatable?

Yes there is,

For example, dont raise your flaps when you just took off, wait till you are about 500 feet above terrain. I have noticed that the Default
Cessna 172 needs 20 degree of flaps instead of the normal 10 degree...

Please try and take off with one notch more flaps and try not to raise them before your reach 500 feet above the terrain

P.S.

If that didnt help you can also disable to flap penalty when you want to fly this aircraft.
If you want to - go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\FsPassengers\config\ open the file more option.CFG open it
notepad and change DisableFlapCheck =0; to DisableFlapCheck =1;

Than FSPassengers will not check your flaps on take off and landing. If you want to change it back, just change the 1 back to a 0

I'll give that a go. That doesn't explain the no flaps on landing... I know this is a configuration problem with the aircraft I am using, I've
used default aircfaft, and ones from Eurowings professional without any problems at all.

FSP also tells me it is using a default load configuration for the Piper. Maybe I'll have to get my hands dirty with .air files <shudder>
