Could this be a bug?

First, I have to join the chorus and say what a fantastic program. Instead of using FS2004 as a tool, I'm actually having some fun with it now. Onto
my reason for writing, I have attained the following rank:

Certified Any aircraft type less than 44092 lbs :
51h00 Senior Second Officer (c5)

As you can see, it says "Any" aircraft less than 44092lbs. When I try to purchase the Eaglesoft Citation 550, I'm told that I have no pilots rated for
that type of equipment. I've tried a few other bizjets including the default Lear 45 all with the same response. I fly a Crustation for a living, and
last time I checked our max gross was just over 13000lbs. Is this a bug in the software?

I thought the max gross was closer to 14,500lbs. Not too sure on that one though. As for the problem you're having, what aircraft ARE
you allowed to purchase?

I asked almost the same question yesterday "can't buy Lear at level c5".

Somebody then told me that he was able to buy the Lear at level c6.
Must be some mistake in the list.

So fly somemore hours (to c6) and buy those jets.

SWAFO, I can purchase the turbo-props, but no jets. As for your question, I think some of the newer Bravos and Ultras might weigh in a bit heavier,
but the '82 550 I fly has a max of 13.3.
