I am just wondering...
For prop legs is it mandatory to use a Prop aircraft or is that what is recommended for the leg,
I have one prop aircraft so it's no biggie.

Depends if you want to be considered as being a wimp or not..

You can basically fly what you want; the aircraft type is a recommendation which is there to make the whole experience more enjoyable and interesting.

F.ex: before I started the tour I had only every used the same old A320. Now I'm racking my brain trying to find a Russian prop from the RIGHT airline
(i.e. one that services the destination) for my next leg.

Yep: that or the AN-30.

Trouble is: I just had to hand-fly an IL-62 to ZKPY, 'cos, for the life of me, I simply did not manage to work out the
autopilot (w/o reading the

Sounds fermiliar, I happen to be using an A320 for my legs so far, and with the wrong airline

I dont think I will use it for the Lukla leg though...

Talking about Tolmachevo, I made a quick and dirty video of my UNNT landing today .... err .. Oleg's landing of course
He made a very smooth touchdown because of the countless Vodka bottles we carried with us.

Btw: I hope I could solve my fuel problem of the last online flight. I found out that the FsInn process is running with high priority by default,
something the Tupolev doesn't seem to like. I did the last 2 legs with FsInn running at normal process priority and connected to server, and
so far fuel flow remained in an acceptable range. It's probably still a little higher than it should be which may be caused by all the different
processes running (AS6, RC4, FsInn, FSNav, FSP...). During tests there was not a soul online on the server, so I hope it will work anyway if
there's a lot of online traffic. Will see that thursday.

It´s actually the IGFLY 154M eazy. It´s a GREAT aircraft but not nearly as complicated as the PT154. Not NVU modelled, no Groza radar, no 3D cockpit.
It´s lovely though, the 2D panels, outside model,air dynamics and sounds are awesome...

Sadly, I get ntdll.dll errors with the Tupolev, so I might end using the 767-300,...( it´s marvellous but not so "russian").
