Flight Log Errors

[VH-028 - Sergio]

I just recently completed my first few flights in my career again after restarting my career and I got this error message!
(Error unable to find the flight in log file. Flight ID doesn't match found=WCA076 index=SOLO)

Please help me fix it. It has been happening every flight so far.
