Gears are Locked, Can I close gears manually?

I took off too fast and I hear a loud bang, the gears go up half way. How can i manually bring up the gears. Can't land or i would crash.
I don't want to Abort the flight.

Slightly wrong...there is manual operation of gears in FS9 but it doesn't do much good as I never got it working or rather didn't think of it
grrrrrrr.......on my sim it's assigned to "shift +G"
(see key assignements under settings)

I know there's manual gear operation in fs9 but not when fsp generates a gear failure

I just found out it doesn't work on FS9 generated errors as well but did I expect.........

fs9 generates failures daily, don't even notice them anymore
