Mid-Air Collision

The other day I was flying from Knock (EIKN) to Shannon (EINN) using a Cessna 172.
An A320 was faster than me and hit me from behind.
I was very annoyed, because the flight report read this:

Accident Report:

The aircraft collided with another aircraft at 11h48 with a speed of 63 kt.
There were no known failures on this aircraft at the time of the accident.The cause of the crash remains unknown but the weather
conditions were bad at the time of the crash. Probable causes to the accident are most likely human error in bad weather. No emergency
was declared before the crash.

Casualties:
-1 passengers aboard
-0 killed
-0 injured
-Pilot and flight crew were injured




Passenger Opinion: Terror and grief. (0%)
-Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience.

Does disabling the ForceCollision work for a Company already started, or do you have to disable it before starting a new company?

You can disable or enable the penaltys at any time, it will effect everyone who uses FsP on the computer and it does not matter what
settings you have already for your specific company...

edit... also yuou must restart FS and FsP for the changes to take effect... so if you go to fly, and realize you didnt make the changes, minimise fs, and go make the changes, you will still get those penaltys becuase they havent been registered in the game so you have to restart...
