Boardservice Problem

hi guys,
i am new in this forum but i din't find something about my problem. On short flights (up to 4h) i have absoultley no problems with fs passengers. Therefore i fly on the aerosoft airbus but....
on long flights for example EDDM-CYYZ my P3d V3.4 crahes with an error due to p3d.exe failure when i start boardservice 160nm before TD. I fly the PMDG 777-200LR. when i start a movie i have no problemes. I think i have also no problemes with drinks only warm and cold food. On the first 2 or 3 hours i dont have this probleme . Also my VAS is okay (about 2GB).

please can anybody help me.

Chris,

Maybe you could post the Event Viewer information when the sim crashes? After all, the crashes may have nothing to do with FsP. With the more complex addons like PMDG products,etc, it's not unusual to see people post about the sim crashing after a few hours or more. Some can be related to video drivers as well. It's really difficult to nail this down without all of the information made available here

Are you using Windows 10 as well? If so, this could be related to a video card driver...assuming it's Nvidia.

oh sorry yes it is win 10 an the most actual nvidia driver for a geforce gtx 1070

The latest driver may not always be the best one. You should try out earlier versions to see which ones are most stable for your card and P3D. I Googled this particular issue and it seems a number of people have had their share of kernelbase issues with P3D.

Thank you very much for your quick help and ideas! I will try it with a driver downgrade! I read in several forums about it! I will give a report next weekend!
P.S. Joeflyer ir is a honour for me that you help me! You solved so much pf my problems! But in this case i  never ever thought of the video card or driver! But when i think corret i have the problem since updating my nvidia driver! Do you have an advice which driver is the most stable?

If nothing in this thread points you in the right direction, search LM's forums. If you are using multiple monitors, the particular search string should include as much.

First test on a short flight from LOWS (JustSim) to EDDT (Aerosoft) on the Aerosoft Airbus with an older driver (381.89). Frames well, VAS about 2.2GB  taxing at EDDT also FS passengers worked well,.... so everything perfect. 
On weekend i will try a long haulgh flight. We will see.....
