[OT] 12 West Virginia Miners Found Alive [sadly, 12 are dead, one alive...]

Just reported on CNN. Great, but unbelievable news about 12 of the 13 miners found alive after 40+ hrs in the
mine!!

Unbelievable...some good things still happen in this world. I had just turned off the tv cause I couldn't handle it anymore since the news
was getting worse by the minute.
I feel bad for the family of the only one found dead. May he rest in peace.

this is one of the worst cases I'e ever heard in my life, for the whole family 2 be told they survived, church bells were ringing people ran
out of the church screaming "They're alive" and a few hours later that 1 ambulance they saw was the one ambulance for the 1 survivor,
who is unconcious, this is shear terror.

We'll see how he did with the concentration of CO. They say that the test didn't show any CO in his blood, but I do not believe that.

Just goes to prove we rarely know when our number comes up and death comes knocking. If you think about your daily life, and the
things you do, places you go, where you work, etc, basically anything can be fatal. I feel for the families and those that perished

This is a very sad story and could be discussed in many different ways, I think it is horrible that they let the people celebrate (thinking all
but 1 survived) when really they knew it was not true and waited about 4-5 hours later to tell them. That probably destoryed them. My
prayers go out to the families involved in this incident.

that is not true crowe, somehow there was a mistake, the mayor was hooked up to the live comm wire and when he heard the bells
ringing he was lost cuz he hadn't heard anything good on the wire, but he went with the flow, it was just some1 who overheard something
and thought it was all alive, not the opposite.

It would have been bad enough to hear the news, but to hear it after you think almost everyone is ok???? There aren't words to descrbe
that. Pray for the families, or at least think about them if you don't believe in God. They need it very much right now.
