Flying concorde with FSP

recently I have bought Concorde for my company in FSP and before I fly it I want to solve one problem.
Concorde is designed for descent at 11000 ft/s.Now if I do that with FSP passengers will start to scream and I will recive penalty.
Is there a way to stop from reciving that kind of penalty??

I don't know if that's possible. When I use the PSS Concorde, I plan the descent well in advance so that the rate isn't more than 4,000 ft/min. But,
you referred to 11,000 ft/sec....I'm sure that was a typo

I am flying SSTsim Concorde and in manual they state that Concorde is designed for descent rates up to 11000ft/min pisible with idle
reverse in flight for 4 min.But I will gove a try withaout IVAO only with FSP and plan T/D lilte further away from destination.I am doing
calculations based on table that is provided in manual but i have a feel that when I use that table that I will be forced to use idle reverse.

The Concorde may be designed for descents like that but in real life, did the Concorde actually make that a practice? 11,000 ft./ min would be hard on
anyone even in a pressurized airplane....in particular those who have inner ear problems. A few ear drums would likely burst

So, the method I use quite often is this, for example:

Descent point = 3 X Altitude (FL410 to 3,000 'MSL = "38" X 3 = 114 NM prior)
Descent Rate = 6 X Ground Speed (500 KTS GS X 6 = 3000 FPM Descent Rate)

Descending at 11,000 ft/sec is possible but very unlikely, especially with Concorde
IRL it would mean grounding the aircraft afterwards and basically discarding of her...... no airframe as of yet is able to withstand such descends at a
normal interval.
As Joey has posted above, you descent at T/D, which is (in Concordes case) pretty far out. To not stress your pax and airframe, I agree on Joeys
3000 fps but no more then 3500 fps I gives you in Concorde an angle of 10-15 degrees down depending on speed.

The 11,000 fps decent mentioned is a last resort maximum for the airframe say you are cruising at 45,000 ft and a window cracks.... you have
about 3 minutes before unconciousness and 4 minutes to descent to 10,000 ft before your pax start to die..... thats where the 11,000 fps comes from
as stated in the development and building documents. Still, 11,000 fps means you are going down at an almost 60 degree angle...... eath is closer
then you may think

A Concorde having done an 11,000 fps decent on my fleet is a complete write-off and will be sold for scrap
