Majestic dash-8 q400

Hello.I'm using mjc8q400 and when i fly over mountains there is some turbulence and after ending flight i lose 400 points to make
dangerous maneuvers while passengers didn't have seat belts fasten.And how can I disable this penalty?

Why at the moment of turbulence you dont toggle the seatbelt sign?

I can't control it it switchs automatic

You can overide this manuel.
Otherwise change this in your settings

In the menubar click on fspassenger,...go to fspassenger flight...
