Engine developing less power at takeoff

I have almost 600 hours of flight in a FeelThere Embraer ERJ 145 and I never counldn't detect before takeoff the "less power" in one of
the engines.
Normally I wait to the turbine temperature, oil pressure, N1, etc gets to normal configuration before pull throtle to 45% to equalize both
engines before start rolling to take off. This takes about 10 minutes. After the aircraft starts moving strait ahead, I increase to N1 65% to
reach 60 MPH, than gentle pull the throtle to 80% at 85PMH, finally 90% to get full power to takeoff.

I gess is OK to don't have trouble of "Developing Less Power" in one engine, but in some flights, while approaching to land, one
engine "Flame Out" and the cause is this situation which appears after the flight in the briefing... "One Engine Was Developing Less
Power Before Takeoff, This is a serious Fault..."

My question is: What Shall I do to prevent this weird situation?

Usually the two engines will show different N1's before, during, or after take-off. If you see a small change and are near your destination,
don't worry. If your half-way through and start seeing engine readouts that are completely not in sync, you might want to switch to your
alternate airport and lower thrust to the engine producing less thrust so it does not flame-out.

Or, you could baby-sit the engine and set it at around 30% thrust for the rest of the flight and continue to your destination without going to
the alternate. Its usually up to you, the pilot, but the one thing you have to do is ensure that you catch the difference, realize which engine it
is, and cut some power to that engine.

Note cutting engine power will slow you down, cause you to arrive late and may cause fuel issues; always have alternate airports
planned through your route less you end up flying into a mountain because your out of fuel, out of airports and out of altitude.

I had similar problem.
Less power at right engine (B737) during taxing.
What should I do, to 'tell' FSP ' I have seen the error and want to cancel the takeoff procedure'.

Otherwise I will get a penalty

Depending on your V-Speeds, abort the take-off as soon as possible.

A better way to do it is forget the engine "normal configuration" nonsense. Taxi should take care of it for you. When you are lined up on the runway,
stand on the brakes, set N1 to 70%, then when they both equalize, set release the brakes and set T/O power. If engines do not both equalize at the same N1 when you runup to 70%, abort the takeoff and return to the gate.

When you notice an engine "failure" during take off run, this is the only time you don't need to call a mayday. Just abort take off, taxi to any gate
or whereever you want, shut down the engines and end FSP-flight. it will recognize it and you will earn no money, but points.

It only charges you for the fuel you use.

it does and when you even haven't took off the use of fuel will remain acceptable :D
