Great job. I haven't getten that good, but I have been in a Cessna 172 where I didn't use autolanding with ILS and the landings have been
just a wee bit bumpy.

May be It is easyer with an heavyer aircraft with a bit more inertie less sensitive to windshear. But don't be fooled, I did not got the result above
at the first try ...

There are various tools for taking screenshots. I use YAFSScreen.

You don't really need any utility for screenshots. the keys alt Print Screen work but you need to pause flightsim and past the view in a graphic
program, save and then resume tour flight. This is annoying.

I use Fraps
http://www.fraps.com

with this utility, just hit the key when you want to take a picture and you will find a BMP in the fraps folder. No need to switch out of Flightsim.

Last but not least, it captures video in AVI format as well. You can then see your landings etc.
