Im on a 6 hour flight with service onboard on auto, i have installed the patch, sofar after 4 hours nothing has been served, no movie no
drinks no food. Only thing that happens is seatbealts go on and off all the time, and the weather is fine.

That's why it's best to use manual service. Then YOU HAVE the CONTROL!!!

Do a Ctrl Shift I and open the info screen. Sometimes the pax have just eaten and wont be hungry for 7+ hours

The PAX satisfaction will still go down though if they don't get any food (even if the report says "won't be hungry for X hours") Just put the
service on manual, and serve them that way.

I know i can put it on manual and do it my self, but you put in an automatic way to do it and it doesnt work, so either it should be removed
or fixed. I just finished a flight from ksea to ekch on auto serve and it didnt even put on a movie. I thought this was fixed with the update.

I totally agree with OHN767. If this function is available, it should be working. If not, this should be fixed or removed.

I agree as well. In my experience, the automatic service is more of a pain than anything... I could never get it to work right, as there are
specific requirements to begin service, etc. Let's just scrap that mode, and keep the manual mode. That's one's always been foolproof
for me.

i use auto, but i thought that was just for seatbelts?

i manualy serve food and put on movies

Auto is technically supposed to be for EVERYTHING, however it doesn't seem to work right... never worked for me.
