how to use other pilot who who work for me in my new air ways? I have 2 pilot ( They created by me) and me and 3 aircraft .i cant use
them .......

That is right, additional pilots have to be 'operated' by you, whereas planes will add to your income, pilots will not add anything else other
than be there for if you want to fly with someone else within your company so to speak

So to switch from one pilot to another. Simply start your flight and in the load dialog, use the drop down menu to select your other pilots. That's it.

For planes, it's easier, simply select the plane you want using the Fs2004 plane menu BEFORE you load your aircraft with FsP. Make sure that it is the
ACTUAL aircraft that you bought and not one with a different livery.

So, I could have 10 planes that generates money and only one pilot? So who are flying them then?
But it would also be rather tiresome to ahve to do the 22 hour hop to be a c3 on ALL your pilots even though that would help FS
longevity :D

How about 7 pilots each with a 22 hour hop to hit C3? Long run but I know I'm not gonna get bored cos I got my beloved Cessna 421 and
Caravan etc. to look forward to.

As to who is flying the other planes ... . Contract pilots? maybe we hire them from Airsource.com,

John, they will get 22 hours of flight time, but our dear Dan has put in a points level to reach as well

Now you know where I'm coming from. Though I have one pilot with 5 hours and over 1300 points. So I don't think for her promotion is
gonna be a problem do you?
