Scenario bug?

Is this a bug?

I tried to create a scenario where I started with $5,367,000,000 (enough to buy my entire fleet of ATR72s, CRJ700, A320s, 767s, A340s,
777s and 747s). When I edit the StartCashDollars field in the scenario file to that amount I get a crazy, alternate figure. The higher I go
the crazier it gets, even to the point of becoming a negative number. Is there a max dollar amount you can start a new company with?

What amount can I enter to get 5 billion dollars... or is there something else I'm overlooking/messing up?

Why would you need 5 billion dollars? There's really not a point to owning a whole fleet of aircraft. One of each type will do just fine (as
that's all you can fly at one time). That would cost you maybe 7-900Million.

Ha ha, I knew someone would ask me this...

I have a table of routes, each with its own named aircraft to fly it (for instance: one ATR72 to 5-6 cycles between Gatwick and Birmingham,
with its own special livery, another to do another route). Just adds to the realism for me, that's all. Enhances my personal experience.

So, is it possible to start with 5 billion dollars?
