Emergency at 300feet 5 sek after takeoff

I was wondering what the best way is to handle the following in flight emergency.

1). You take off in a jet like the 737-400 full load.
2). You are In a hight of 300 Feet and climbing during takeoff with 2000 - 3000feet pr. min. and a speed of about 160- 200 knots, flaps. 5 - 10 degrees.
3). You right engine suck in some birds and stop working.
4). You hear the bang and the co pilot says right engine shut off.
5). Then left engine imidiatelly start pushing the aircraft to the right.
I know how to handle this situation and land safe a few min later, but

How would you handle this situation.... ??? ( maybe I could get a few tricks )

I suppose to level off immediately is the most important thing to do...

but another thing...

flying 200-230 knots at 300 feet is a bit fast? Because then you shouldn't be afraid about stalling. Normal speed would be about 160 knots I suppose
for a 737-400.
And flaps on 5-10 degrees isn't also that realistic with that speed. (I suppose you mean degrees and not %).

RIght engine sucks in a bird and left engine shut off?


Anyway, I just got home from work so I'm tired and nagging about anything :P


But level off immediately is first I suppose.

Well normally the pilot and FO discuss this in the departure briefing. Ever heard of FS2Crew? It's a great tool, and it shows what it is. You also
have set V-speeds, V1, VR, V2

You have a certain climb altitude/speed in case of an engine failure depending on how your a/c is set up. Then you would call ATC, tell them who you
are, your situation, and where exactly you are, and your intentions. ATC should then clear you. Heres a great video, that im sure MANY of people have
seen. Its truly a good one

I'm sure the right engine was still running as well. But you see how they contacted ATC and how calm they were

Back when I had a real license twelve years ago the phrase was, Aviate – Navigate – Communicate. Basically that meant make sure
you’re flying and are going to continue doing so. Then work out where you are and where you’re going. Then bother to tell someone about
it.
Not sure if that procedure is still true for big stuff but it was for small GA aircraft.

You must climb to a safe altitude before you do anything else. I increase power and rudder to maintain an air speed and atitiude that will
take me to the Mininum Safe Altitude for the 10 mile radius around the airport (look at your terminal chart). Then level off
and begin to turn to return for a safe emergency landing.

in particular, the V-speeds for various weights you will encounter in FSP:

I have been using those vspeed charts for 3 years with FS2004 and FSP, with the default B734, and they work exactly perfect..
