.. but it probably depends on general conditions like wind, payload etc. However, I wouldn't want to take that turn to the runway at more
than 10 knots

Cool video! That DHC-6 seems to be a nice powerfull prop.
will check for such an airplane when we head to lukla.

byway did a try with the BELL206 hellicopter in FsX for fun, it seems just capable to hold the altitude (9'100) but flying at that altitude....uhh!

This time when i just finished my flight (leg 2) and I should see my final report then my computer suddenly restarted... I do not hope it's

Yes I know. I am just a little bit lazzy with installing scenerys and planes (or updateing modifying them) and all such at the moment and
feel confortable enough with the default.

I saw you did a lot work on your page and put together a lot of scenery and additional info. really great!

I probabily I will install some of the sceneries for saturday and make my A320 ready.

I bought Lukla scenery today...WOW! Had to do some takeoffs and landings there this evening with the C208. What a rush!

Does the Lukla airport taxes come with a parachute in case your plane does not gain enough speed for take off?

Interesting fact is that the next flight in the world tour after Lukla is from Lukla to Thailand, that's 980 nm and we're supposed to do that by jets.
I can't wait to see all those jets taking off from Lukla, stall, and crash down on top of each other

I noticed that,too. What in the world is DBE thinking?? I already know which jet I'll use for that takeoff...that is if during the takeoff roll,
the bouncing of the aircraft doesn't cause a crash it'll be interesting for sure!

We will remember Lukla (and DBE) for a long time, crashing there on arrival and find out later that we will be stuck there for life

I think I might super-glue some rocket engines to the bottom of a C-17 for that flight
