oh virgin atlantic!
That is just my 'working horse' too. Just that I fly the A340. A cute plane I'have to say, although I think it should be a little stronger powered. If fully loaded it flys hard at the limit. I am looking for a good A380 next. Haven't found anything cute till now. ![]() Anyone? Hmm let me try if I can post my screenshots directly too. They are a little large (i play with that resolution), hope it doesnt blow the thread size. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Quite nice! Can you reduce your screenies a bit though? Irfanview works wonders with screenies
![]() I have often thought about a payware Airbus 340. Who's got the best one on the market? I seem to be a pretty big Boeing fan but I wouldn't mind expanding my airplane horizons ![]()

About screensize reduction i have to check next time. I've no tool to do that except mspaint and that way you lose quality. But i believe image heck has an option..but not sure what it does. anyway the plane is form: http://www.projectopensky.com/ It looks good and the handling looks realistic to me except the rudder which reacts unrealistic strong in my opinion. A little underpowered at full load. The take off is a little critical that way and the climb rate may not be set too high. But elseway I am quite happy with it.

Like I mentioned, Irfanview.com will be your friend
![]() suffer at all. That's how I reduce my screenies. Niether aircraft will have a good climb profile fully loaded...especially at high temps and higher density altitudes. Sounds like it's more realistic than you realize. Actually, it's more challenging for me to load up that 747 full of paxs and fuel and nurse that big baby up to whatever optimum altitude the FMC shows, burn off some fuel then step to climb to the next optimum altitude. Sure, it consumes some time on my part, but I like the challenge of it.

He can effortlesly get himself onto the front pages with statements like "I'll start flying in space" or "I'll buy Concorde when BA retires them" but (especially with the Concorde one) it doesn't usually happen, all that usually happenes is that more people buy tickets for his airline. Great shots by the way ![]() Post Edited ( 10-11-06 02:54 ) |
