Unnecessary inflight emergency

Hello,
I am new here but not to flight. I boarded passengers on my PMDG B747-400 at LFPG, selecting manual door closing due to airport
traffic and unknown exact clearance time. After all passengers boarded and the FA announced it, I manually closed all doors, passenger
and cargo, ensuring it on EICAS prior to pushback. After takeoff the first officer announced door open emergency, and I turned back and
landed on the assigned runway uneventfully. FSpassengers took away from me 1700 points and accounted me for great financial loss.

If I am to take the program seriously, it had better take flight seriously. Your comments would be appreciated.

PMDG uses a different key stroke for doors. though I can't remember which one. I always have a quick loook around outside, (I know it's
cheating, but in real life I would hope somebody would let me know before I got to the runway)

hmm after boarding my flight attendant (FsP) closes the doors automatic.
If this is the same on your FsP verison/settings I guess you reopened it again.

oh just read again what you wrote. did yiu declare an emergency? You need to declair an emergency for every FsP generated failure.
(i know that's somehow unrealistic but thats the FsP trigger that you detected an emergency also when the copilot told you.

I ensured opening and closing L1 and L2 doors which are standard boarding doors. you can set whichever key shortcut you want but it
shouldn't matter to what I am describing. I don't like the program telling me a door is open when it is closed. Worse, it does not
recognize now after I assigned the standard FS Shift E command to cycling L2, when the door is open.

The prgram lets the FA close the door at boarding end if I so choose, which I stated I did not.
Declaring an emergency has nothoing to do with my complaint, I am complaining and hoping someone would help to have the program
properly recignize door position that's all. Of course once airborne I declared so, advised FA and landed, but that is beside the main issue.

Leave your PMDG door key to whatever key you wish but NOT Shft-E. To board FSP pax press Shft-E which opens the default FS doors. You'll
see your pax board even though your PMDG doors are closed. If you want the PMDG doors open (EICAS / outside view) you'll have to use both
key combos.
That's not a fault of FSP but of PMDG because their door key doesn't toggle the FS variable for doors at all.
