Coffee On The Flight Deck

Hi Fellow Simmers,

Have you ever noticed that the Captain is always being offered coffee, but she never offers any to the poor old FO. Maybe she and the
Captain have something going ?

Well, they're only .wav files at the end of the day...

All you've got to do is get your wife / girlfriend / mum / grandma / auntie / whoever to stand in front of a microphone attatched to your pc,
say 'hello boys, would you like some coffee?' and 'hello boys, I have some drinks for you' and job's a good 'un!

I'm determined to get my missus to record a voice pack with me but she still reckons it's too sad

Hi all new on forum. Only thing bad when the crew gives you coffee is you don't really get one. It as worked once when my mom brought
me a drink at the right time. BUt why offer coffee when you don't get one.

That's just given me a great idea for a drinking game with coffee (or alcahol, even better!! ).
Make a flightplan from London to Singapore, Put you sim speed to x4 and every time the hostess comes in with coffee, you down a drink of your choice
(for best results, try double espresso's or vodka).
Try making a landing when your totally buzzing, or paraletic!

By the way, I won't be held responsible for fits, seasures or climbing lamp posts at 3am shouting "HELLO CAPTIAN WOULD YOU LIKE SOME COFFEE?!!?!"

The FO is still "paying his dues" part of which is back to back trans pacific night flights with no coffee.

I think I'll stick with the default voices offering me coffee. If I had my wife record it, I'd be told to put the rubbish out at 35000ft

My missus actually brings me coffee in flight. That, and she also flies with me in place of navigator/flight engineer when I fly PT-154.
Somehow I managed to inspire her with the aviation thing... I guess giving her a tour of Tu-95, Tu-22M3 and Tu-160 all in one day helped.
Suggest you do the same
Oh, and if she is not flying with me, when she sees that I'm on glideslope, she never interrupts. Now you can envy me all you want, LOL

I'm jealous...my wife hates it when she sees that i'm on fs. She thinks its a waste of time and can't understand how anyone could think its exciting.
I wouldn't trade her for the world but I certainly do envy you.
