Had an idea for this forum

Doesn't anyone think it would be a good idea if we could have a polls forum? Like asking what plane you fly the most, how many hours you have, where
you fly the most etc... I personally thought it 'd seem like a cool idea. Anyone else? What does Dan think?

That would be a heck of a lot of work actually, well atleast in my prespective. Anyways I don't think that would be possble, the most you
could do(I think) would be to make another section of the forum like the new FSX section, and only allow polls. But no offense, isnt that kinda pointless?? Oh yes I understood that, I was in a rush lol had to go somewhere. But it was just in my point of view is all, mainly because ive tried
something similar and it took me a while and it didnt do so well lol.

Check out the airliners.net poll/preferences forum. It seems to work out quite well. The users just create the polls as they go!

It would work if you had a poll, where users could add their own answers, Like if the question was what is your favorite Aircraft to fly?
and the choices where the 747 757 767 A300 and A310, but the user had a different favorite aircraft, then they could add an option, say they liked the 707 the best, so they would add 707, then vote for that one, and now the next user would have the 747 757 767 A300 A310 and the 707 to choose from when they vote, unless they want to add their own option as well. Then you would be able to view the results as a poll instead of going through a bunch of forums replys to figure it all out.
