how do u get bird strikes

in the screenshots page, pic 4, it sais that the plain encounterd a bird strike. how do u get birds in fs or fsp?

they are part of FsP and are totally random - just like in real life

I had bird strake after i took off from Sevilla to Fiumicino and i have to made a emergency landing in Murcia because my engine stop and
began show me smoke (black smoke) haha is fun to know that it can happen but when you are flying is not fun hahaha but good add-
onn : )

I tend to experience bird strikes in rural areas during either early dawn or dusk flights during take off. Its quite random and Ive
experienced it 3 times or so in over 1000 FsP hours.

No. you cant see the birds. You hear a bang I believe (its been a while since I experienced one) but you watch your guages and see that
your oil pressure spikes causing your engine to flame out. Sometimes if you catch the oil temp going up in an engine too fast compared
to your other engines, you can decrease power and land safely.

Yeah I did get one departing from Panama Tocumen Int. (MPTO). At first I did not know what hit me....I thought someone through me a
rock or something....but at flt level 24,000 I noticed what Savas said regarding your gauges. I was able to land safely, but if I had taken
another 10 more minutes......I would have been a murder for neglecting to read my instruments. Always be alert.....

Never had a birdstrike yet, I got 86 saved flights and a few unsaved. I have gotten more than a few fuel leaks, one engine flameout (think it's
because of oil temperature), One Landing Gear don't want to come out (1st belly landing and a succesful one as well), 1 gear failure with only 1 gear
(tried to do a touch and go to loosen it, but FS crashed before getting to try) and a few more which was caused by me (whoops wrong button, opening
doors etc.)

I had a bird stike, but the failures were set to 100%. I created the company to test out what kind of different emergencies there are and to
practice then and get lots of points for my pilot

so by what u guys r sayin, im not gona hav a birdstrike for a while. well its good because if u crash the flight was a total waste of time and
if u dont u get mor points etc
