I would like to know if there is a way to communicate with Dan about selling his code of fspassengers (all versions included and unfinished code too).  Here is my idea.  Dan could put a price on his work and we can start a kickstarter like campain to release the code to an opensource project if we reach his price.  After, with people who would like to participate, we can create a minimal viable product and share it with the community as a free software.  

Why?

People are still interested in this software as I see in this forum

This is a good way to make this apps live trought all the next simulator version

If we can get few people interrested in developping this, that could be very cool to look where it can goes.

I think there nothing going on at this time so there is a way for Dan to get paid for what he did already.

I fully support this idea. Having just switched over to P3D v4.5, I miss FSP so much. It is the only way to fly when on my own (with a boisterous crowd of passengers just behind the cabin door..)

I do really like your idea, using fspassengers from 2006.... still waiting ANY exactly just like fspassengers.

I broke every single rule there as well, and everything works just perfectly.
I migrated from v3 to v4 in my own personal way i contrived, losing just very few addons (like FsSpotlights but they are working on the 64bit version).
So in the end it can easily be said that the only things that really don't work in V4, are any addon that contain DLLs, 'couse they must be 64bit.
Everything else designed for V3, just works fine for V4.

Can you share what you did to get it to work?

Ive been on P3D V4 for a couple of weeks and its absolutely underwhelming without FSP!
I knew that switching would mean making sacrifices but loosing FSP really, really hurts...

I won't hold you responsible if I cant do it...But I have no choice to try.
