Need unlock code

Hey gang. Do you happen to know if the owner of FSPassengers is still supporting to program? I purchased FSP back in 2009 and since then have had to do two re-installs. This present re-install has me locked out of the program however when I followed the instructions in order to get the unlock code (Purchase date, transaction number, location where purchased (which doesn't exist anymore) I am not getting a response. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks for your time.

Hey Jack, perhaps you need to contact Dan....dan@fspassengers.com for a new serial code.
"(Purchase date, transaction number, location where purchased (which doesn't exist anymore)"...meaning
you lost the info?
Let Dan know as much info as possible. Typically he's been issuing serial codes on Mondays only. Don't be
surprised if he doesn't respond even then. I have known of times when Dan did not respond to people on Mondays.

Are you saying that you never used FsP after purchasing it?
The only suggestion I have is to email Dan with as much information as possible.
Dan has not been on the forums in a very long time and will not see your message.
Please refer to previous posts within this thread to get Dan's email address.
As far as I know he is still doing serial codes on Mondays.

I'm assuming you mean the FsP program asked for a serial code? That would be correct if you want access all of
FsP's features. dan@fspassengers.com is the email you should be requesting the serial code. Again, provide Dan
as much information about your FSS account as you can at the time you purchased the software. Perhaps
Dan can retrieve it from his database and send you a new serial code.
